In our FY2025–2026 Impact Report, you’ll meet young people who have faced significant challenges and continued moving forward with courage and determination. You’ll see how individualized HERO-WITHIN opportunities—from laptops and driving lessons to equine therapy and extracurricular experiences—helped them take meaningful next steps.
You’ll also discover how our Bounce Back, Human-Animal Connection, and new Human-Nature Connection programs are creating opportunities for recognition, belonging, growth, and joy. And you’ll meet some of the schools, counselors, community organizations, and partners who make this work possible across Colorado.
