What You’ll Discover in This Report
Our Resilience Initiative Program Growth: Expansion from one to three key programs—Hero-Within, Bounce Back, and Human-Animal Connection—creating a powerful continuum of support for youth at different stages of resilience development.
Stories of Thriving Resilience: Meet remarkable youth like Brooklyn, Jeremy, Noah, and Fatima, who have used their grants for transformative opportunities such as customized iPads, flight lessons, sports equipment, and musical instruments.
Impact Data & Outcomes: More than 175 youth and families served, 32 Hero-Within recipients, 55 Bounce Back awardees, and 90 youth engaged through the Human-Animal Connection program.
Community & Partner Engagement: Collaboration with 14 partner organizations and 23 school systems to amplify resilience-building efforts across Colorado.
