Children and families gathered at Mountair Park in Lakewood for a fun-filled community event as CBR Youth Connect collaborated with Rockin’ R Alpacas to create memorable experiences while educating the community on the unique and gentle nature of alpacas.
Alpacas Julia and Shaboozey were a highlight of the day, giving kids the chance to meet, pet, and learn about alpaca communication and connection in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Laughter and curiosity filled the park as families connected not only with the alpacas but also with one another.
